Send this email to new small group clients and annually to your existing small group clients who have an ACA Metallic plan. In the packet, include the group’s specific Summaries of Benefits and Coverage, any applicable HSA info, and a cover sheet with your contact info.

Attached is the employee packet for your renewal. For future reference, we recommend you save this on your hard drive.

Please email to your eligible employees. They must receive this no later than per the Affordable Care Act (ACA) guidelines. If you hire a new employee during the year, you must provide this to them within 10 days of their full-time hire date in order to be compliant with ACA rules.

Also, I wanted to remind you that the deductible and annual maximum out of pocket run on a calendar year basis, not policy year.
