The Supreme Court has decided to uphold the ACA. We will continue to advise you of the things that will continue to impact you going forward in 2013 and then in 2014. Most recently we advised you of the new change effective 8/1/12 relating to preventative services for women, including birth control at no cost to the member.
As soon as we have an updated group ACA presentation on impact in 2013 and 2014, we will let you know so you can stay up to date.
