HSA Bank provides accountholders with a fast and convenient way to contribute to their HSAs from an external bank account through the Online Contribution System. No setup fees, no mailing fees, no transaction fees. Simply sign in to Internet Banking to get started.
Set Up the External Transfer Account
Step 1: Click on Transfers from the top navigation bar within Internet Banking and select Transfer Accounts .
Step 2: Complete the information regarding your bank account(s) and click Submit.
Step 3: Within three business days, HSA Bank will make a small deposit into your transfer account to verify the account was set up properly. Step 4: After your account receives the deposit, you need to log into Internet Banking. Click on Transfers from the top navigation bar and select Transfer Accounts. Click on the bank account name you are verifying and enter the amount of the deposit. You are now ready to begin making online contributions.
Make an Online Contribution
Step 1: Click on Transfers from the top navigation bar within Internet Banking and select Schedule Transfers.
Step 2: Complete the transfer information by selecting a "from" account and a "to" account. Then enter the amount, the frequency and the date of the transfer.
Step 3: HSA Bank will send an email confirmation each time an online contribution is made for your Health Savings Account.
